Appearance inspection

3) Is the emergency stop button intact and effective;

4) Vehicles must be posted with the unit name, responsible person, telephone number, safety operating procedures, and safety precautions;

Charging inspection

1) When charging scissor type aerial work vehicles, the charging line load should be considered;

2) Charging should be done at designated locations and flammable materials within a 10 meter radius should be cleared.

Safe use

1) Scissor type aerial work vehicles must maintain a safe distance from high and low voltage overhead lines. Low voltage lines should not come into contact with any part of the lifting vehicle. High voltage lines should maintain a safe distance of 3.0m from the lifting vehicle. If there are high-altitude installation lines at the work site, they should be avoided from crossing;

2) Scissor type aerial work vehicles are strictly prohibited from performing high-altitude operations in working environments with wind speeds of level 6 or above;

3) When the scissor type aerial work platform lifts materials up, if the materials exceed the width and length of the protective railing, single piece lifting is restricted and binding measures must be taken; The weight of the lifted material shall not exceed the rated load of the lift truck, and the total weight shall not exceed 250kg (including personnel weight);

4) Scissor type aerial work platform restricts two workers from using it at the same time. During the lifting process, the safety belt is temporarily attached to the protective railing or the attachment point set by the manufacturer. After lifting to the work point, the safety belt must be attached to a reliable building component;

5) Before using a scissor type aerial work platform to assist in high-altitude operations, an isolation area should be set up and a guardian should be assigned for the first four weeks. After the guardian completes the protective work, the lifting vehicle can be used for lifting operations. No one is allowed to stand within 2 meters to prevent falling objects from injuring people;

6) Prohibit the use of two scissor type aerial work platforms to lift materials;

7) Prohibit the operation of scissor type high-altitude work vehicles with electricity;

8) It is prohibited to modify the lift truck in any way and increase the working platform area;

9) It is prohibited to move the scissor type aerial work platform after lifting.
